In-Situ Cell Swelling Analyzer is an innovative non-destructive testing device designed to monitor the expansion force and thickness changes of batteries in real time during the charge and discharge cycle. The system uses synchronous multi-channel technology and fully closed-loop intelligent servo control, integrated with high-precision sensors, and can simulate constant gap, constant pressure, mixed mode and real battery working conditions to accurately capture the expansion behavior of the battery cell.
Battery cell and system impedance tester

Battery cell and system impedance tester is a multifunctional testing equipment based on dynamic impedance spectroscopy (EIS) technology, specially designed for high-speed lossless sorting, internal short circuit detection and consistency evaluation of lithium battery cells. Through wide-band sweep frequency testing and intelligent algorithm analysis, it accurately extracts key parameters such as the ohmic internal resistance and charge transfer impedance of the battery cell, and combines equivalent circuit model fitting with dynamic impedance monitoring to achieve rapid location of production defects and capacity consistency prediction.
Automatic Coin-cell Assembly Platform

Automatic Coin-cell Assembly Platform is an automated equipment designed for high-throughput standardized assembly of button cells. Based on XYZ three-dimensional guide rail and partition layout technology, it integrates high-precision operation and rapid electrolyte infiltration process to achieve unmanned operation of the entire process from raw material assembly, pressing to packaging.
